We think that showing gratitude is a great way to show your appreciation, and do we appreciate our volunteers at CPF. They are the fuel, the glue, and the people power that makes our CPF events possible and successful. CPF hosted a volunteer appreciation night at CPS Headquarters April 9.

Deputy Chief Sat Parhar provided personal insight into the importance of the Foundation’s work for all citizens including those new to Canada and the positive impact they make.
The recent legalization of cannabis in Canada has become a hot topic and creates new layers for society to navigate. Nick Moore, Adult Education Specialist at Youth Link presented a fascinating presentation on cannabis and youth. CPF thanks each and every one of the fantastic volunteers who spent the evening with us.
Upcoming Volunteer Opportunity!
Volunteers are needed to help CPS Officers during Boston Pizza Badge Day on Thursday, September 12. Duties will include assisting Officers, greeting guests, managing waitlists, and clearing tables. Email Alena to volunteer at aschock@calgarypolice.ca
